By accessing and using CareNexus ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CareNexus provides an AI-powered coordination platform for care agencies. We provide tools for scheduling, staff management, and automated communication.

3. Data Protection (GDPR)

We take data protection seriously. By using our service, you agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You remain the Data Controller for your staff and client data; we act as the Data Processor.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
